STEP Programs

The STEP Programs provide a continuum of services to students who experience challenges in social and emotional performance and regulation, cognition, neuromotor performance and language development. These needs frequently arise from the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental delay.

Multiple classrooms at each site provide an array of educational and functional experiences for students at different levels of skill development. Positive Behavioral Supports and SCERTS and ABA models are implemented by experienced teachers, therapists (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech and Language, and Orientation and Mobility) and counseling in a caring, research-based environment.
